Our Story

Founded in 2020, through countless iterations, The Sports Psych Analytics tool has proven to make a difference with individual players and teams. At the individual level, the ability to measure a players personality allows a coach to be more effective in reaching a player and helping him get on the right seat on the bus. At the team level, the team chemistry analysis allows the coach to understand and coach team dynamics to maximize the success of the team.
